1 Per Regulation D – The Depositor is limited to six (6) allowable withdrawals or transfers from the account per monthly statement cycle (monthly for Savings accounts with a quarterly statement), which includes preauthorized, automatic (including transfers for overdraft protection, or direct bill payments), telephonic agreement, facsimile, computer or other electronic means, point-of-sale transaction, or made by check, debit card, or other similar order by the depositor and payable to third parties. Unlimited withdrawals are allowed when made by telephone (provided a check is mailed to the depositor), by mail, messenger, ATM, or in person at the bank.
