LAKE WALES, FL – Sandra Couch has been named to lead the new Plant City office location of Citizens Bank & Trust. A temporary office, located at 1803A James L. Redman Parkway, opened June 21. New construction on a permanent building, located approximately one mile south of the temporary office, is expected to begin later this year.
With over 30 years of retail management experience, including 16 years in banking, Ms. Couch has spent the last six years working in the Plant City market. Her community service includes work with the Plant City Chamber of Commerce, the Tampa Bay Diversity Council, and as a Community Ambassador for the Plant City Business Advisory board. She is passionate about working with customers one-on-one to determine the right banking solutions to meet their needs. Her dedication to the banking industry extends beyond the bank office, as she enjoys working with students and senior citizens to teach sound banking and credit principles.
“We are delighted to have Sandra join our team at Citizens Bank & Trust. Her mission to provide the highest levels of personalized customer service aligns with our banking philosophy,” said Citizens Bank & Trust President and CEO Greg Littleton. “She and her experienced team look forward to building strong relationships and growing partnerships in the community.”
