With almost 40 years in the banking industry, Michelle “Missy” Joyce has an extensive background in both retail and small business banking. In addition, her previous work in the financial services sector gives her a unique skillset to help her clients develop a comprehensive financial strategy. She is passionate about working with clients to assist them with all their banking needs, including assisting in creating wealth management and estate plans. As a private banker, she enjoys the flexibility provided in this role to better assist each client, making certain they have the appropriate bank accounts and loan solutions, as well as ensuring they have the opportunity to work with our specialists in the Trust and Investments department, or our brokerage subsidiary, Citizens Financial Group.

Missy is a lifelong resident of Polk County, born and raised in Winter Haven. She graduated from Auburndale High School and has lived and worked in the greater Winter Haven area for her entire career.

Missy is a graduate of the Florida School of Banking. She is also a graduate of Leadership Winter Haven (Class XXII), a board member for the Winter Haven Kiwanis Club, and a Winter Haven Chamber of Commerce Ambassador. She also serves on the Girls Inc. of Winter Haven Board of Directors, giving back to the same club where she attended as a child. Missy enjoys traveling, spending time with her family, and volunteering in support of local youth and nonprofits.
